Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Simpliemens! We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 16 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.
  • Final sale items, underwear, and swimwear are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • All discounted items are FINAL SALE. Discounted items are not elegible for returns, exchanges or store credit.

2. Return Process

  1. Visit our Return Portal at simpliemens.com .
  2. Enter your order number and email to begin the return process.
  3. Follow the steps to generate a return shipping label.
  4. Pack your item securely and attach the label to the package.
  5. Drop it off at your nearest shipping carrier location.



3. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and processed.


4. Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, not a completely different item. (subject to availability)
  • If for any reason we're unable to process an exchange, you'll receive an email confirming a refund to your original form of payment. A refund can take up to 5-7 business days to be processed and returned to your account.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at infosimpliemens@gmail.com with attached photo and description of the issue.

6. International Returns

  • Customers outside of United States are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Please contact infosimpliemens@gmail.com before returning international orders.
